Product Development, also called new product management, is a series of steps that includes the conceptualization, design, development, and marketing of newly created or newly rebranded goods or services. Product development consists of a product's entire journey from idea to post-release.

A Product Development Plan typically begins with the product need and business case, a vision is created, a roadmap is developed and implemented, and iterations continue as user feedback is gathered. These steps include the business stakeholders to ensure their needs and requirements are met.

The Product Design Lifecycle

Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) is the process of managing the entire lifecycle of a product from its inception through the engineering, design, and manufacture, as well as the service and disposal of manufactured products. A product life cycle is a tool used to determine the strategies that will be used at any stage in a product's development for sales and marketing purposes. It has five distinct stages; strategy discovery, analysis, design, and production.

Technical Product Development

Agile Process Workflow helps bring structure to scale your software development process. The Agile approach embraces the constant changes in technology development. An agile workflow is a series of stages agile teams use to develop an application, from ideation to completion. Every software team has a process they use to complete work. Normalizing that process–i.e., establishing it as a workflow–makes it structured and repeatable, which, in turn, makes it scalable. In any given company, projects can run concurrently, with multiple sprints/iterations being logged across different product lines and various external and internal customers with a range of business needs. The overall goal of every Agile method is to adapt to changes and deliver ready-to-use software as quickly as possible.

Education Development

E-Learning modules and learning management systems are developed by identifying the need for education, analyzing the existing content, and determining the learning objectives, which is essential in choosing the correct course format. Once the initial discovery process is complete, the course design elements and visual storyboard are developed.
